5a - Prolog
Requirement:
With your counselor's approval, choose a sample program. Then, as a minimum, modify the code or add a function or subprogram to it. Debug and demonstrate the modified program to your counselor.
For this requirement, we will use a program I wrote in Prolog. Prolog is a logical programming language created in 1972 by Alain Colmerauer and Philippe Roussel for work in artificial intelligence and computational linguistics. You can find more Prolog information on the wiki.
Prologue is an interpreted language, this means you can write the code once and run it on any computer, as long as that computer has a Prologue interpreter installed.
